HEALTHLINK - telemedication app
Project Overview
This project focuses on creating a patient’s side digital healthcare platform that enables users to consult with licensed doctors online and receive digital prescriptions without needing to visit a hospital. The app aims to simplify access to medical advice, reduce physical queues, and make healthcare services easier to reach, especially during times when going to hospitals may be risky or inconvenient.
Problem
Many patients still struggle to use online medical consultation apps because they’re unsure where to find trusted doctors, how the process works, or how to get medicine afterward. The lack of clear guidance, trust issues, and complex interfaces make the experience confusing and reduce patients’ confidence in using online health services.
Home
The home screen highlights the four main menus to help users stay focused, along with popular products that show medicines they may need. It also displays upcoming appointments and order updates directly on the home page, so users can easily stay on track and never miss anything important
Appoinment Specialist
Users can easily find the right specialist by checking their expertise, experience, and ratings, helping them feel safe and confident in their choice. They can book an appointment by selecting a date and available time slot, then complete the payment directly in the app for a smooth and convenient experience.
Consultation with Specialist
Users can start their consultation with a specialist based on their booking schedule. The platform allows chat, video calls, and voice calls, giving users flexibility. After the consultation ends, the chat will show the doctor’s notes and prescription. Each section has a clear CTA, so users can easily buy their medicine or view more details without getting lost.
Payment Process
The payment details page shows the total amount, virtual account number, and clear step-by-step instructions so users know exactly how to complete the payment. Once the payment is successful, the screen updates to a ‘Payment Success’ page, displaying a confirmation message and a summary of the transaction.
Buy a Medicine
Users can view detailed information about each medicine, add items to their cart, and quickly complete their purchase. The app delivers the order directly to their address, making it easy to get the medicine they need without visiting a pharmacy.
